Sustainability

Sava Centar has undergone significant sustainability upgrades, including the installation of over 900 solar panels on the roof, generating around 600 megawatt hours per year and saving 226 tons of CO2. The new glass facade consists of three-layer glass for exceptional thermal insulation, reducing electricity consumption by 50%. The reconstruction also included significant greening of the interior and surroundings, making it a 'green oasis' with plants requiring less water and acting as air purifiers. It is designed to both save and generate electrical energy.
