The hotel has an in-house bio-gas plant that converts waste into biogas for the staff canteen and produces organic sludge for garden fertilization. It has an in-house water bottling plant to eliminate single-use plastic bottles, avoiding over a tonne of plastic waste annually. The hotel implements a robust rainwater capture, reuse, and recharge system, with over 40% of the roof area used for rainwater storage and domestic reuse after filtration. Laundry water is 100% circular, processed through an Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) and Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) with Ultra Filtrations (UF) and Reverse Osmosis (RO) for reuse. Radisson Hotel Group, the parent company, is committed to Net Zero by 2050 with approved Science Based Targets, focusing on reducing energy and water footprints by 30%, prioritizing renewable energy, sustainable building design, responsible food and beverage sourcing, green mobility, and reducing single-use plastics. The hotel also operates a linen reuse program, uses green cleaning products, and offers vegetarian options on all food menus.
