Initiatives include diverting over 85% of waste from landfills, purchasing carbon offsets, energy-efficient heating and cooling systems, on-site composting, low-flow water fixtures, water filtration systems in rooms, and avoiding single-use plastics. The hotel uses locally sourced and reclaimed materials in its design, features an on-site organic garden for its restaurants, and has a 'Bee Hotel' to support pollinators.
