Sustainability
The William Inglis Hotel is committed to sustainable practices, including reducing food and beverage waste, using local produce, and implementing solar energy solutions (launched in 2024). They introduced DreamGreen pillows made from recycled plastic bottles in all 144 rooms (June 2025) and aim to eliminate single-use plastics. The hotel has a comprehensive food waste policy, comprehensive recycling policy, double-glazed windows, and at least 80% of lighting from LEDs. At least 10% of profits are reinvested in community and sustainability initiatives.
