The resort is committed to sustainability through its 'Phāea Farmers' program, which supports local agri-food production, trains staff in organic farming, and sources ingredients (honey, olive oil, vegetables) directly from their own gardens and local partners. They host 'Phaea Farmers' Feast' experiences in their organic garden, allowing guests to harvest ingredients and participate in cooking. The property also participates in Travelife, measuring its impact on the environment, community, cultural heritage, and local economy.
