Carefully Served.' philosophy, partnering with Greenspace for micro-farms and sourcing 'Hilltops' Free Range Eggs. Efforts to minimize single-use plastics include bamboo straws, large-format amenities, compostable lids, recyclable minibar packaging, QR code menus, hydration stations, and mobile key entry. Notably, Hyatt Regency Sydney is the first hotel globally to implement Goterra's onsite food waste management system, utilizing Black Soldier Fly larvae to reduce food waste by 95% in 24 hours, with the resulting protein used for agricultural purposes, including feeding their egg supplier's chickens, creating a circular economy.
