Grand Hyatt Singapore is a luxury hotel nestled in the Orchard Road area, Singapore's iconic shopping and entertainment district. The hotel offers 699 guestrooms and suites, six unique dining concepts, and two bars. It boasts over 5,100 square metres of highly flexible event spaces across three levels, comprising 16 versatile venues including four distinct ballrooms. The venues feature advanced lighting capabilities, digital canvases, integrated loft kitchens, and a show kitchen, allowing advanced visual functionality and food-centred events. The hotel has been pioneering sustainable initiatives since 2002, operating on 100% renewable electricity and implementing a closed-loop aquaponics system for food waste. It underwent a multi-year transformation, fully reopening in 2025 as a green urban sanctuary.

Sustainability
Grand Hyatt Singapore has been pioneering sustainable initiatives since 2002. It operates on 100% renewable electricity (since April 2022) through a partnership with Flo Energy. The hotel has an in-house water bottling plant to eliminate single-use plastic bottles and a fully automated WasteMaster 1000 system that converts food waste into nutrient-rich material for an aquaponics system (fish feed and fertilizer for rooftop gardens). Over 80% of organic and seasonal vegetables are sourced from Cameron Highlands and local farms, and 55% of seafood is certified sustainable. The hotel champions zero-waste cooking practices and uses Wisefins technology to track the carbon footprint of each dish. Other initiatives include digital check-ins, wooden keycards, aluminum pens, smart systems for lighting and climate control, water-efficient fittings, and RFID-enabled laundry systems.

Grand Hyatt Singapore utilized the Singapore Tourism Board's (STB) Tourism Development Assistance Scheme to upgrade its technology offerings. STB provides grants up to 50 percent of qualifying costs for such initiatives.
