The Palais de la Musique et des Congrès (PMC) Strasbourg is a multifunctional cultural and convention center located in the Wacken district, near the European quarter. The Palais de la Musique et des Congrès is at the forefront of environmental innovation. It incorporates sustainable features such as a wooden structure, a geocooling system, and benefits from 5,000 m² of solar panels on the adjacent Parc des Expositions that generate electricity for both venues. There is also a focus on using polished concrete floors instead of single-use carpeting to minimize environmental impact.
