Sustainability
DoubleTree by Hilton Brussels City is a sustainability-certified hotel with Green Key certification. It implements various initiatives including a cogeneration system for electricity and heat, 100% green electricity, LED lighting, water-saving shower heads, and a leak management system. The hotel has installed water stations on each floor to eliminate plastic bottles, saving an estimated 13.2 tons of CO2 emissions and 2 tons of plastic waste annually. Waste management includes Winnow Vision (AI for food waste reduction) and MCA Recycling for selective sorting.
