About this Venue
The Bibliotheca Alexandrina Conference Center (BACC) is a state-of-the-art meeting and exhibition facility, an integral part of the Bibliotheca Alexandrina complex. Located on the waterfront across from the Eastern Harbor and Silsilah Peninsula, it is connected underground to the main Library. It offers comprehensive services and diverse facilities, designed to satisfy the requirements of highly sophisticated conferences, symposia, meetings, presentations, and can host exhibitions and poster sessions simultaneously or independently.

The design also aims to bridge the gap between natural and artificial environments, with a philosophy to improve and protect biodiversity and ecosystems, enhance air and water quality, and reduce waste streams.
