The International Committee on Rheology (ICR) is an international scientific association dedicated to promoting the field of rheology worldwide. It primarily organizes the quadrennial International Congress on Rheology, a major scientific conference for researchers in materials science, polymer engineering, and related fields. While the XXth Congress is scheduled for Guangzhou, China, the committee itself operates as an international body.
