Key initiatives include replacing plastic bottles with reusable glass water bottles (reducing plastic waste by up to five tons annually), replacing plastic key cards with eco-friendly wooden RFID cards, installing 30 variable-frequency drives (VFDs) to control air speed (saving 5,000 KWH daily), upgrading lighting to eco-friendlier LEDs, and installing 1,250 aerators in guest rooms and public washrooms (saving about 100 cubic meters of water per day).
