About this Venue
The Nanning International Convention and Exhibition Center (NICEC) is a pivotal hub for commerce, culture, and international exchange in southern China, serving as a symbol of modernity and regional development. Opened in 2004 and expanded in 2018, the center spans 640,000 square meters, featuring a distinctive juxi (pear blossom)-inspired design that reflects Guangxi's cultural identity. It is the permanent venue for the China-ASEAN Expo and is renowned for its sustainable architecture and cutting-edge facilities, bridging East and West to foster global collaboration. The center's design merges functionality with artistry, divided into five zones including a Main Exhibition Hall, Conference Center, Outdoor Plaza, Zhuyun Tower, and Support Facilities. It features smart lighting, climate control, simultaneous translation, and a digital twin platform for virtual event management.
