About this Venue
The MuseumsQuartier (MQ) Wien is one of the largest districts for contemporary art and culture in the world, spanning over 110,000m² in central Vienna and encompassing around 60 cultural institutions. It is a vibrant urban area that blends historic Baroque buildings, such as the former imperial stables, with modern architecture. The MQ serves as an art space, production space, and living space, hosting a diverse range of events, exhibitions, and cultural activities across fine art, architecture, music, fashion, theatre, dance, literature, children's culture, game culture, street art, design, and photography. It is a popular meeting place for locals and international visitors, offering numerous cafés, restaurants, shops, and open courtyards with distinctive outdoor furniture (Enzis) for relaxation and encounter. The site is open around the clock, with free entry to the complex itself.
