About this Venue
The Joaquim Chissano International Conference Center (CICJC) is described as the largest and most versatile event venue in Mozambique, offering numerous facilities for conferences, fairs/exhibitions, weddings, and social events. It provides assistance in planning, organizing, and coordinating events, along with qualified technical support, video surveillance services, and multiple event services. The center also facilitates accommodation in world-class hotels (3 to 5 stars) located within 3 to 15 minutes of the CICJC. It was inaugurated in June 2003 to host the Second Summit of the African Union (AU) Heads of State and Government.
