Their food sourcing emphasizes local produce, sustainably caught seafood, and bulk items to reduce single-use packaging. They also honor local traditions by serving events on banana leaves and have a biogas generation plant (700 kg/day capacity) for biodegradable waste, with biogas consumed in the kitchen and manure used for green area development.
