European Federation of Immunological Societies (EFIS)

The European Federation of Immunological Societies (EFIS) is a non-profit umbrella organization representing 35 European immunology societies, including those from Eurasia and the Middle-East. It focuses on supporting immunological research and education, and strengthening scientific interaction among its nearly 14,000 individual researchers and clinicians. EFIS organizes and supports various events such as scientific symposia, schools, and major conferences like the European Congress of Immunology, while also promoting immunology to the general public through initiatives like the Day of Immunology.
