The 23rd World Congress of Otorhinolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery will take place at the modern Istanbul Congress Center (ICC) in the Taksim area of Istanbul, a city at the crossroads of Asia and Europe. IFOS 2026 will offer a global scientific experience, featuring a programme delivered across 53 parallel meeting halls. Designed to foster collaboration, innovation and knowledge exchange, the programme brings together the very best of the field. Using an advanced Science Next platform, over 2,800 scientific proposals were received from 112 countries. As a result, 17 international scientific groups have assembled an outstanding faculty of more than 2,000 leading experts, ensuring a diverse, high-impact scientific agenda. Under the congress theme 'Innovation, Artificial Intelligence, Global Diversity', IFOS 2026 goes beyond a traditional scientific meeting. Selected sessions will feature AI-powered simultaneous translation enabling participants from around the world to engage fully without language barriers. This approach reflects the IFOS commitment to accessibility, digital transformation and global inclusivity. The goal is to welcome more than 10,000 participants from all continents, including specialists in otorhinolaryngology – head & neck surgery, neurology, neurotology and audiology, along with industry partners, to experience both scientific excellence and the warmth of Turkish hospitality.
